"The restaurant feel very cozy and clean. Food preparation might take 10 to 15 minutes to prepared as they only make it once you made the order. Their nasi lemak taste good it's just the sambal portion is small and taste a bit sweet. The fried chicken and tenders especially if you make it pedas, the spiciness taste just nice if you love hot and spicy stuff. The price not to say quite cheap or too expensive, but for me it's worth the buy compared with other fast food chains."

"Second time having Hott Chic and decided to try this outlet (apparently it’s their new one). The place is clean and comfy, really nice to chill with friends or family. The staff (the guy) was super friendly and very attentive; it’s obvious he genuinely cares about good customer service. Even their toilet is woww. Clean, spacious, and equipped with a modern bidet. About the food, the portion here is seriously no joke . If it’s your first time here, be ready to be blown away bcs the serving size is REALLY HUGE. You’ll probably find yourself wondering if it’s really meant for one person or for sharing. In terms of flavour, i think they did pretty well, tho i do think HotBird is more flavourful. Only small downside is the parking here can be a bit of a hassle. & also maybe they could also make the AC a bit colder, especially after surviving their spicy levels Overall, really worth the visit. Food’s great, portions are generous, and the service is excellent. Definitely recommended and worth your money 8.8/10"

"The chicken was big size, crispy and spicy! I underestimate the heat so I took the hot one but next time I’ll take the mild heat for normal spicy level hehe. The choc milkshake so sedap even the kola-ku tasted like Coke, no joke. The restaurant ambiance was bright and lovely. Will definitely become our family dining place."

"We came here unassuming but it exceeded our expectations. The ID and ambience were great. We loved the sides; coleslaw, fries and especially the mashed potatoes. They tasted like sincerity, honestly. As for the chicken, I personally think the original flavour can be improved, while my partner loved his hot fried chicken. It was a bummer that choc milkshake was not available, but we tried the strawberry milkshake. It was fine, but it tasted more like ice blended and it was too sweet for me / kids. 3/5 for the milkshake. We loved the local coke though! It tasted great, not to sweet or strong, and added up to being a part of a Muslim-owned restaurant, on top of being a halal-certified restaurant. Just maybe you want to consider playing songs that don’t have profanities in it since it’s also a kid-friendly restaurant. Oh and worth to mention, loved the toilet! Cool and canggih toilet bowl. Overall a nice experience and planning to come again with our friends"
